Where are you taking your family this year?
If you’ve traveled with your family to some of the world’s wild places, you know that there is no experience that brings people closer together.
Perhaps the most important aspect of such an adventure is not the destination or the physical challenge, but to connect (and or re-connect) with one another in a meaningful way – it’s a bonding experience that requires a lot of teamwork!
Here are a few of my favorite places.
Heli-Hiking in the Canadian Rockies
Ambling, walking, hiking or trekking — these peak experiences will be filled with exploring hidden corners of unvisited mountain terrain accessible only by helicopter with your personal certified guide and naturalist. Returning to the lodges at days end, enjoy a relaxing massage and a soak in a view-rich roof top hot tub before sitting down for a sumptuously prepared dinner.

3 Nights - July & August
Explore glaciers, ride in helicopters, climb over rocks, hop ponds and venture on zip lines. This experience provides adults and children with a lasting love and respect of nature and remote wild places. Each day parents can choose to join the adults or explore hand and hand with their whole family. A wonderful family reunion destination!
